Hey Readers: I’m so sorry to have mislead you but it apprears the Kohl’s cash promo at Safeway is restricted to only a few regions. I apologize to all of you who tried this and it didn’t work. I try my best to post Nationwide deals and try to indicate when deals are regional. This is one that I didn’t realize was regional.
When I called Catalina today to inquire about this promo they only told me it was restricted and wouldn’t tell me what regions are participating. If this is occuring in your region, you will see it advertised in your weekly flier. If it’s not there, you won’t get it.
Hopefully you were able to get the free breakfast items though when you made your $50 purchase so it wasn’t a total loss.

Our Safeway store was participating in the Kohls reward. Which is great. I matched up many items with coupons and saved a ton. With my store though the Kohl reward was calculated after manufacture coupons.
FYI-Breyers icecream is on sale for $2.99. Buy 2-1.5 quarts and get $2.00 taken off instantly at the register. There are also .75 coupons on one Breyers product in a prior insert(sorry I am not sure which one). A $1.24 each is not bad for 1.5 quarts of icecream.

We had the Kohl’s promotion featured prominently in our Safeway ad but they didn’t give it to us. When I asked for it they told me that particular store wasn’t participating because there are no Kohl’s nearby….which actually isn’t true…there’s one right in the same town!!
I am irritated.
