Swiffer Wet Jet Review

Swiffer Wet Jet
Thanks to Swiffer and My Blog Spark, I got to try out the New Swiffer Wet Jet. I didn’t want to just write up a traditional review so I did a video review so you could see how well it actually works.

I have used the old Swiffer in the past and wasn’t very impressed so I didn’t have high expectations for this product. But as you’ll see from the video, I was pleasantly surprised.

It did a really good job getting up all the sticky residue. Once I got through the initial sticky part of the jelly, it moved across the floor really well. It was easy to use and seemed less flimsy than their previous product. The new pads also seem thicker than those in the past and I thought the quilting on them allowed them to pick up more dirt.

In the video you’ll see I didn’t want to try the cleaning solution on my wood floors. I have since found out that Swiffer has special cleaners for wood floors that are compatible with the Wet Jet. I was excited to find this because now I can use the Swiffer throughout my house and not just in the bathrooms!

Like I said in my video, I wouldn’t pay full price for this product. It is pretty spendy. I think the starter kits retail for around $22. The Starter Kit comes with the Power Mop, 2 Disposable Cleaning Pads, 1 Scrubbing Strip and 1 500 mL Multi-Purpose Solution.

However, there are ways to save on these products:

  • Request the Home Made Simple Coupon Book HERE. This coupon book has high value coupons for the Swiffer Starter Kits and refills.
  • Use the Refill Rebate program HERE to save 50% on your refills.

Plus, they are so certain you’ll love it that they’re willing to give you your money back if you don’t. More details about the money back guarantee HERE.

And if you are just dying to try this product and don’t want to wait for this Home Made Simple Coupon Book with your coupons to arrive, I have a treat for you:

Enjoy your new Swiffer. I know I am!

I am drying to try this – I’ve been a Swiffer-manic since they were launched several years ago. I swear by their products, so I am really looking forward to getting the WetJet for my kitchen floors in particular. Anyone have luck finding the wood floor solution – I haven’t seen it locally????
