Well, I went to Randalls on Friday after work and again Saturday morning to hit up the Buy 5, Save $5 cereal promo at Randalls (and other Safeway affiliates). I may have gone a little bit overboard. But I guess we won’t have to buy cereal for a while!
In the craziness of the weekend I misplaced my receipts so I’m not sure what the actual cost was or the percentage saved. But I can tell you that I spent $14 on everything you see. With 30 items that’s an average of $.46 per item!

Wow!!! Did did better than my $.51 cents a box. My store did not have any Clusters left. I am hoping to go back tonight and get some of those and use my 2 off 5 coupon.
I have a question about the nut clusters. When you use a shortcuts or cellfire coupon, does it take off for each item? I tried today to use the shortcuts coupon (the cellfire one appears to be gone now) and I was going to buy 6 bags, but it only took off for one bag. So I only got the one. But should it have done that? How did you get 8 of them and keep your cost so low?
