I believe this is available in all Kroger regions. However, you’ll need to wait until your new ad period starts. If you are still on the Mega Sale (Texas) you won’t get the $3.99 price until the ad changes on Wednesday. But that gives you a little time to gather your coupons!
The Catalina promo runs through 5/22 and some people are reporting buying multiple bottles in a single transaction and receiving multiple cats. This seems to be nationwide but as always Catalina promotions can be regional and exclude some areas.

My Wisk coupon was in the RedPlum, not the SmartSource.
Is this an unadvertised deal? I just checked my insert running from 5/16-5/22 and it’s not in there. I’m in the Columbus region, if someone can help me.
I think it must have been last week’s ad; I just tried it today. It said it was on sale for 4.99, no catalina.
I don’t think this is advertised. You’ll just ave to check when you’re in store. I read through pages and pages of comments on a forum though and it seems it’s working for people in different areas.
i was able to get the cats yesterday; my couponnetwork info coupon said it ran through 5/15; when i saw the coupon last night from yesterday’s paper i almost jumped back in the car! then i read that it was still working for some locations today, so i went back but the catalina did NOT print for me in Western KY, 42431.
I agree wtih mdbc77 – my couponnetwork info said it ran through 4/15 too. I guess I’ll check on Wednesday (We’re still on the Mega Event here in AZ) but $1.99 is still a good deal
It looks like the 5/22 date is regional. The Forum where I say it posted is having more and more people reporting that it isn’t working for them.
It is working in Dallas Tx. Good until 5-22-11 and only sale for $3.99. I was able to get multiple in one transaction all cats. YEAH!
Just bought two Wisk Detergents at my Arlington Kroger & received the Catalina deal on both. Also spotted Nivea lotion there for $3.99. This deal could work with the recent Nivea coupons.

I have been wondering about the downloadable coupons for Kroger plus card, can I also use a paper coupon for the same item?
