This week’s Tuesday Tip is indirectly related to saving money. The tie in is more along the lines of making it easier for you to save money…
Are you like me? Do you have too many club cards? I have one for CVS and Randalls and Petco and Petsmart and Borders and I could keep listing them on and on. I know you can usually give a cashier your phone number but that makes me a little uneasy. One creepy cashier has one of my friend’s phone number memorized. He remembers her by name and keys in her phone number! That freaks me out a little so I keep all the cards in my wallet, even though they take up lots of space.
The other day a friend told me about Keyring Thing. It’s a single card that can hold up to 6 club cards. Three on front and three on back. This way you have all of your club cards in one place. For me, this is so much more convenient. The store names are color coded so it’s easy for the cashier to see which to scan. Plus they are made out of durable plastic like all your other cards. You can choose the six stores you would like from a drop down list of stores. But, if your local shop isn’t there, there is a section to add any store you’d like.
The card itself is free but you do have to pay shipping and handling of $2.97 per card. I don’t know about you but since I’m hyper-organized, this is a small price to pay for eliminating some of the unnecessary clutter in my wallet.

WOW! Thanks so much for this! I’m ordering me a couple of these.
I also would like to post this on my BLOG and give you credit for the find and a link to your blog. Is that okay with you?
Thanks again!
I have mine already and it works great! I have “tested” all my stores and had no trouble. It makes my wallet so much skinnier and it much easier than digging through a big stack of cards:) I love it!
