I clicked on the link for one of the coupons, directed me to the Web site but it says there aren’t any coupons available for my area. I tried other zip codes but no luck. Am I doing something wrong by chance??
According to their website the following stores are participating in the program:
Safeway, Carrs, Dominicks, Genuardis, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb and Vons.
I would think that as low as you entered a zip code for one of those stores, you’d be able to load the coupons to your card. If not, try contacting their Help Center.
Okay, I did some more reaserch: Log into your account. Go to My Profile on the left. Click on the Shopper Cards tab. Enter the store you shop at (ie., Randalls, Safeway, etc.) and then enter your card number and click add. Make sure that your card is selected as default. That should work!
I went to the Randalls off William Cannon today and they gave me a hard time about it, saying the $10 catalina would only print if the total was $25 after all discounts. The Bounty was $15.99 and the Charmin was $16.99 but after Randalls card discount and the wyb 2 discount it came out to about $9.99 each, less than $25. The store manager I talked to tried to blame the reason on the two promos overlapping, but I told him — with all due respect — that their oversight wasn’t really my problem. He finally gave me a $10 gift card but I think it was because he just didn’t want to discuss it anymore…
I went to Tom Thumb in Mesquite, TX tonight and both rang up at $9.99 a piece for the mix and match deal regularly $13.99 ea. but my online coupons never loaded. I will call them in the morning about that. I did get my $10 Catalina which is still a pretty good deal!
Went to the Randalls in RR tonight, did the same deal. Both rang up $9.99 and got the $10 but not the ecoupons. Will also try to call tomorrow to find out what happened. Either way still a pretty good deal at 9.99 for both after the $10 Catalina!
I think the deal is untll the 6th. It is in my weekend flier and says that the prices are good until the 6th. I hope so b/c I didn’t make it in today!
Do you know if the catalina rolls? I have $10 PG catalina from last week.
I did the deal. $9.99 on both items and got the $10 catalina, but the eCoupons didn’t come through. Not a bad deal, but I wouldn’t have stocked up right now without the additional $6 off. I’ll contact them later. If anyone gets the scoop on this, please post contact info and what we need to let them know to save us all a little time. It seems like a challenging position to get P&G eCoupon to cough up the extra $6 in cash. But who knows…
Hm… I went to my P&GeSAVER account. The coupons are still there but everything I added today has the status of “Coupon Status: This coupon is being validated by the retailer.” Probably not a good thing. That’s probably why it didn’t go through. So perhaps this is why it didn’t show up. I haven’t ever seen that status.
Well, my eCoupons didn’t come off either yesterday. I wonder if P&G was having problems with their site. I’ll call them this afternoon and see if I can find out any more information. If you would like to call before I get a chance, the number to their help center is 1-888-818-0540.
My e-coupons were ready to use after 11:30 PM (RR, TX), I was checking their status every 30 minutes or so. I went to Randall’s and barely did it. I think I check out at 11: 58 . What an awesome deal!!! I score my $10 cat. Thank you Shellie.
I loaded my eCoupons yesterday around noon and did this deal late afternoon in Grapevine, TX and it worked great. The items rang up at $9.99 each and it took off the eCoupons and I was able to use the $.25 cent coupons from the last P&G that tripled at my store, along with a $1.50 catalina I had from last week. I also received my $10 catalina. I hope you all are able to discover what the issue is since the eCoupons are still on their website. This is such an awesome deal on paper goods. They are hard to find!
My weekend flyer also showed the sale through March 6.
I had the same problem of the ecoupons not going through. I talked to the store manager after calling the help center and he just gave me the 6 dollars back in cash. I love my Vons!
I emailed P&G customer support from the web. They checked my account and are sending $6 in customer service coupons since the deal didn’t go through. Not sure what I uses a customer service coupons has but hopefully it will make me whole for the problem they experienced in activating these coupons so late. They refused to explain what happens by email to me, even though I pressed for an answer so I could regain my trust in them.
