Why I Like This Product: Because it’s like culinary school on your own schedule and in your own home. On my DVD, there was a training recipe to get me started. There were lots of reinforcing recipes to practice to help perfect technique using different ingredients. One of my favorite parts was the food and wine pairing section to give you ideas of what else you can serve.
