The ECBs didn’t print for me either. But here’s what I did to ensure that I got the deal…
First, I made sure to print the promo flier. When I got to CVS, I found the shift supervisor (no manager on duty) as soon as I got there, before I even bought anything. Got it cleared through her. Talked about limits, etc (they let me do 3, since that was the sale limit and the promo flier doesn’t specifically say a limit). When the ecbs didn’t print, I told the cashier that I had talked with _____ (supervisor) and that she had okayed the items. When the supervisor was called to the front she just printed them out quickly and let me go on my way.
It helped a ton to have the flier because they had no idea what I was talking about at first. And they kept it to explain why they had printed what they did.
So I got $15 in ECB back! Woo!
Hey, I did have the problem at my CVS where it didn’t print the ECBs. The store manager was great, called corporate who told her the limit was 3 for the ECBs, so she printed out $15 in ECBs for me. She also said since there was the limit, corporate was going to mark my account so I didn’t get extras for them. Such a great deal for the diapers though!
I don’t see on the flier that you bookmarked where it says anything about the $5 ECB, only the $8.99 coupon. Do you have to click on something else?
When I looked at the CVS website there is nothing about ECB. I would love to get the deal with $5ECB but even with out them 8.99 for diapers is not all that bad!
