Quick question, my CVS in North Austin told me I can’t use Ecbs on the same day I get them, but Ive been able to roll them over before with different transactions in the same day. Do you know the rule on this? If I have to start going multiple times a week it’s going to maker less likely to go. Today I was going to do the Dove deal and turn the Ecbs around for the end of the Soy Joy deal, now I’m not so sure that’s possible.

You’re allowed to use them as soon as they print. Why else would they print right away if you couldn’t use them? Some managers and shifts think of using coupons as stealing because they don’t understand how it works. They may only get $10 cash, but they could be earning like $25 in coupons.
I work at CVS and I’ve never heard of any rule where you couldn’t use them right away.
Anyway, if this problem keeps occuring then I would go right up the line of management so that at least that manager or shift gets corrected.
