I ran into a problem at Safeway yesterday where they stated that they do not accept coupons that are over 50% of the value of the item. This is also stated in their coupon policy. What Safeway are you shopping at?
At our Safeway you must buy FOUR of the Cheerios, not 3.
They also are picky about the not accepting coupons if over 50% of the value.
They also will only accept ONE like printable coupon per visit. So unless you have a newspaper coupon, which are never as high value, you are out of luck. Sigh.
I got FOUR boxes today for $2.96 at Safeway in Denver
