lunchables subs Possible Free Lunchables at Randalls (Safeway)

There’s another possible Randalls (Safeway) deal this week to look for. The Krazy Coupon Lady says that Lunchables Subs are on overstock clearance for $.99. When you use the $.75/1 Lunchables coupon you’ll get them for $.24 each.

Since this is an overstock, it may vary by stores. I forgot to check the price at my Randalls when I was there yesterday but please post a comment if you find them marked $.99 in your area.

Good Luck!

Great Deal on Flour at Randalls (Safeway)

flour Great Deal on Flour at Randalls (Safeway)

I knew that Gold Medal Flour coupon would be a good one! This week Randalls (Safeway) has flour on sale. Here’s the deal:

Gold Medal Flour – $1.69
-Use $.75/1 Gold Medal coupon
Final Price = $.94

I know some of you in other regions get coupons up to $1 doubled. Lucky you! Your flour will only be $.19.

For you Kroger shoppers, you can get flour for $1.24 with the coupon. Not quite as fabulous but still a decent price.

New Safeway Coupon Books

by Shellie on March 1, 2010

HeartBook New Safeway Coupon Books

There are two new coupon books that are supposedly available at all Safeway affiliates. But I know that many people have difficulty finding them. I know my store never has coupon books so I have to hunt in other parts of town for them. Sometimes I get lucky though.

The first coupon book (pictured above) is filled with $18 in Safeway coupons. This means you can stack them with manufacturer coupons to get an even better deal.

HeartBook2 New Safeway Coupon Books

The second book only has manufacturer coupons in it but this means you can use them at any store you choose – not just Safeway affiliates. This one contains about $10 worth of coupons.

If you’re able to find either of these books, please leave a comment telling where in the store they were located. This might help others find them more easily.

Happy Hunting!

Randalls (Safeway) Proctor & Gamble Promo

by Shellie on February 18, 2010

PG Randalls (Safeway) Proctor & Gamble Promo

As promised in my post about the weekly deals at Randalls, I’m doing a dedicated post for the special Proctor & Gamble promo right now.

When you spend $25 in Proctor and Gamble items, you’ll get a $10 Catalina coupon to use on your next order. This works out to a 40% savings on some top brands. Some key points:

  • You can do this only once per transaction.
  • The $25 should be based on your PRE-coupon total.
  • I’m hearing reports that the Catalina “rolls.” This means you can do a second transaction and use the first $10 Catalina to help reduce for the second transaction and still generate the $10 Catalina.

There appears to primarily be laundry and cleaning supplies participating. You will not find a list of qualifying items in your store flier. Instead, you will need to look for specially marked tags in your store to verify the item (or particular size) is included in the promo. The Krazy Coupon Lady has a pretty good list of items HERE if you’d like to check it out.

One reason this promo is so hot is because when you save your receipts, you can submit them toward the $100 Year of Savings coupon book I posted about the other day. So not only are you saving 40% before manufacturer coupons but you’ll also get $100 in high value coupons if you do two transactions.

Here is one scenario to get you going:

ITEMS
Dawn Hand Renewal – $2.49
Downy Fabric Softener – $3.99 (with in-ad coupon & Limit 1)
Febreze Air Effects – $3
Gain Detergent – $6.99
Joy Dish Soap – $2.49
Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (2ct) – $3.50
Select Tide Varieties – $5.99
Subtotal: $28.45

COUPONS
-Use $.50/1 Dawn Hand Renewal coupon (PG 1/17)
-Use $1/1 Downy coupon (PG 2/7)
-Use $.50/1 Febreze coupon (PG 1/17)
-Use $.50/1 Gain coupon (PG 2/7)
-Use $.30/1 Joy coupon (PG 2/7)
-Use $.50/1 Mr. Clean coupon (Home Made Simple Coupon Book)
-Use $.35/1 Tide coupon (PG 2/7)
Total After Coupons: $21.55

-Get $10 Catalina coupon to use on your next order
Final Price = $11.55 for all 7 items

One thing to note, in-ad coupons are tricky. Sometimes they affect the Catalina, other times they don’t. This scenario considers that the in-ad coupon for Downy Fabric Softener WILL affect the Catalina so I used the lowest price in my scenario. If you are feeling adventurous and would like to test the waters, you can leave off the Mr. Clean Eraser and see if you will still get the $10 coupon. Considering the full price of the Downy ($5.99), your subtotal would be $26.95.

Good Luck!
