You may have seen YOYO Lip Gloss in my Holiday Gift Guide. I passed mine on to my 10 year-old cousin and she thought they were really cool. The retractable clip makes it easy to keep track of your gloss. It’s sturdy but still fun to use. It comes in flavors like Girly Green Apple and Big Bounce Bubblegum. Plus, the gloss is very light in color, almost clear so you won’t have to worry about your tween or teen looking too made-up.
It can be purchased at Rainbow Kids Stores (TX, TN), Discovery Clothing Company (IL) or online HERE. They are pretty reasonably priced and would make a fun treat for your favorite teen or tween.
The folks at YOYO Lip Gloss want to give one of you a 4-pack of their gloss, one of each of their fun flavors.
Ready to win? There are 3 methods of entry:
1. Leave a comment telling me what your biggest teenage fashion mistake was. I made so many it’s hard to pinpoint just one but I think the perm was probably the worst.

Biggest mistake…wide leg baggy mens jeans were very popular! Yuck
I made so many teenage fashion mistakes! I think the worst was curling the bangs and then teasing them and spraying with obscene amounts of hairspray! Every picture is ruined with the look!

My biggest teenage fashion mistake was wearing those silky satin short shorts!
Stir-up pants! Yuck!
two socks on each foot, in different colors, over stirrup pants!!
My hair sprayed bangs that went straight up, with home made t-shirts and leggings!!!

What wasn’t a mistake back then? Heck I STILL make them.
I dressed like a boy- huge baggy shirts, cluncky military type boots- yucky!
Thick, Thick bangs
painted on jeans and big hair
It was diffently a Perm. Had it 1 week before prom.
I cried all week. They made it way to strong, and one side was twice the curl as the other. In my Prom pictures one looked much shorter then the other.
I also subscribe to your email. Thanks
Feathered hair!
I would definitely say rigid curled bangs with hair spray. UGH!

YAY! These look cute!
I subscribe to e-mail.
My biggest mistake was trying to have Farrah Fawcett hair – mine was too fine and the ride down the big hill on my bike to school did away with whatever curl there was to start with…I just looked droopy.

Wearing some of the clothes that my mom would sew to save money. Let me tell ya they were not that great.
I am a email and facebook subscriber loving your site.
omg baggy pants and huge hoodies….. lmao omg still cant believe I thought that was cool.
My mistake was feathered hair on the sides and sprayed out with hairspray. Why did I think that looked good or why did my mom let me look like that?
I would have to say really high wasted jeans with short tops. Not a good look:)
Two pairs of big socks that of course had to compliment the color of the shirt/sweater and pants being worn.
had to be electric yellow overalls. clown school anyone?
Wearing bell bottoms when they came back “in-style” in the 90′s.
perm hair for me!
oh, i had the bad perm, too – right before my sitting for my senior portraits. it was so bad my mom shelled out big bucks to an uber-fancy salon to make it look presentable for pics, and even shelled out for makeup application. needless to say, no one recognized me in the pics!
