I believe HEB sells the small box of detergent for $3.99. So you ought to be able to get for $.99 after the coupon.
I always do a quick flip through Parade. There are coupons in it about 50% of the time so it’s worth a few seconds to flip through it.

Bummer! I bought 3 newspapers and not a one had a coupon in the Parade. I looks like those of us in Mid Coast Maine missed out completely on this great coupon.

The San Antonio Express had the $3 coupon in the Parade magazine for the second time in three months. The small box of Surf sells for $4.49 at HEB in Corpus Christi, TX. Looks like our infamous city officials place a tarriff on everything that has anything to do with this coastal community – especially surf (ing).
