once again, the St Pete Times did not have the Smart Source coupons! I was told by them that SS tells the paper what neighborhoods they should be delivered to, and that we apparently aren’t included. Funny thing though, the paper came in a SS wrapper with a free Fiber 1 bar and a coupon. The Tampa Trib doesn’t have a problem delivering them to my neighborhood, either, so I guess I’ll be switching my subscriptions!
