randalls20logo Randalls (Safeway) Deals (1/6 1/12)

Sorry I’m so late getting these up. There are a LOT of different promotions running right now and a few good deals. The highlights would be free Softsoap and free Glade Scented Oil Plugins and Refills.

My store triples coupons up to $.39 and doubles up to $.50. It will only multiply one like coupon and does not accept coupons on free items. This was taken into consideration when doing the matchup.

Most of these deals should be valid at all Safeway affiliates (Carrs, Dominick’s, Genuardi’s, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Safeway, and Vons) but be sure to check your local ad.

Don’t forget that SC Johnson has a $5.00 Rebate when you buy any 3 of Glade, Windex, Scrubbing Bubbles and Pledge products. You can send in up to 3 Rebates per household.

Has anyone else had any problems using internet printables this week? I went in to do some of these deals yesterday and was told that they aren’t accepting internet printable coupons anymore as of 2 days ago. Safeway changed their policy b/c they have their new loadables site up. This is for Tom Thumb but they said it was a Safeway deal. Anyone else having this problem?

Sarah, email their customer service department. I had the same problem a few months ago and after I emailed Customer Service they set the store straight. And I take the email with me when I shop. Also, you can still print coupons on the Safeway website. The loadables are just a new feature but they are still offering printables.

The soft soap on sale for .99 is 7.5 oz and the coupon is for 8.5 oz so I am not sure this coupon will work. But it will get you an 8.5 for .95.

Is the 93/7 ground beef for $1.99/lb a good deal. I usually don’t see it anywhere less than $2.99/lb? Just wondering. I have a Tom Thumb and that was in our ad (but its usually the same as Randalls.) Thanks.

Ellen,

I do think this is a good deal. I actually almost listed it but since meat deals are typically regional I didn’t do it. I try to stick to the national promotions as much as possible so all readers can get in on the deals. But if you have this in your region, take advantage of it!

In regards to the Nature Valley Granola Bars & Nut Clusters – 4/$6 (Must Buy 4)
My flier says Granola Bars only…no mention of the nut clusters. Is this a regional thing? I’d buy the nut clusters, but don’t have much interest in the granola bars since they won’t be nearly as good of a deal.
