The checker was unwilling to do anything about it. Sigh... And I was also unsuccessful with using the Ecotrin coupon. Same reason. I did have a great trip, however, to the new store on Burnet. I transferred a new prescription and got a gift card for $25. I used ther $3 off $10 purchase coupons. I picked up photos that were 5.00 for 50 from internet special. (I still have a coupon good for 20 free photos at the Burnet location.) I bought $40 worth of groceries and dry goods for $16 cost, $10 from RR bucks and $6 from cash. And I got 3 new RR bucks to use next time. Good time! My cutter rang up for $2.19 and my coupon beeped and I couldn’t use it. The checker was unwilling to do anything about it. The cashier did not want to reduce the value of the coupon. I tried this at 2 WAGS and I was told the same in both stores. I have had this issue before in these stores, that they will not reduce the value of the q because they say it is considered fraud. The coupon beeped and the cashier refused. I picked another brand it beeped to but he chose to override that one. It was very frustrating. any thoughts?
